Okay, I'll come out and say it. I joined Weight Watchers in late December. I've been to two weigh-ins and lost 11 pounds and I think when I weigh-in Tuesday I'll have lost again. So it definitely works for me, so far. I want to get out of that BMI overweight category into the normal range. Right now I'm thinking in the 130's would be nice. It's been pretty easy - I've never tried anything like this before but based on my experience so far I'd recommend it to others who are thinking about it.
