Younger Kite branched today, 1 week after its sibling.  Thus if it is like its sibling, it may fledge is 6 days or around the 20th.

Older of the two babies this year is branching today.  Maybe it will fly in a week or so. The smaller one looks up to a week behind.  So I am guessing about 8/14 or sooner for the 1st, and 8/21 hopefully by the latest for the other.
