Captain Jack's Trail 8-16-14

4-5 miles on Captain Jack's trail from the Penrose trailhead parking lot.  (runtotal 116 miles).
Lots of interesting mushrooms and late bunch of wildflowers.  Raspberries and cherries prime for eating.
