Nice hike with snow flurries, geocaches, Ute Prayer Trees, good birding, overlooks, ruins, memorial parks, and a nice diversity of habitat.

Mt Herman when the snow flurries quit. The bare middle swath is from a fire 20-30 years ago - we saw scorched trees in the park. There are now some aspen coming in on wetter parts of that bare patch. |
