Every few years growing up we'd drive by the Kempf house to look at his art. The cool thing about many of them was that they moved in the wind, and they were huge.
Starr passed away probably about a decade ago now. After my whole life of his art being up, some people complained and I think his family had to take some of it down, but I am not sure whatever became of that case. There is also one of his art pieces downtown now, as well.
It is different, maybe a bit weird, but to see it move is really cool.
